At King of Glory Christian Worship Center, we get our inspiration from the Word of God.  The Bible says in Romans 12:2, "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable, and perfect will of God." Transformation is necessary because we are born into a world in which much of what we learn is in direct opposition to God's will for our lives.  However, when we spend time in Bible study, prayer, and Sunday worship, we learn how to align our lives and choices with God's plan for us.  Therefore, we find ourselves living in harmony with God, which in turn produces a life filled with love, peace, blessings, and good will toward all men.

 Bishop Kenneth E. Thomas is an anointed man of God who believes in the power of the Word of God.  Bishop Thomas and his wife, Pastor Sharon Thomas, founded King of Glory Christian Worship Center in October of 2003.  Bishop Thomas and his wife grew up working in church from childhood and both have a passion for doing the will of God.  Bishop Thomas, who has been ministering since childhood, was ordained to preach at age 18 by his father, Bishop M. H. Thomas.  Our leaders are humble and understand that in all that is said and done, God must receive glory.  There is so much more that could be said about our wonderful leaders, but one thing is for certain.  King of Glory Members can always count on receiving a word that is understandable, life-changing, and Bible based.

• We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
• We believe there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons:  Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
  
• We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son (John 1:1), conceived by the virgin Mary through the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:18).  We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), miracles, and teachings.  We believe in His atoning death through the shedding of His blood (Hebrews 9:15-22), bodily resurrection(1 Corinithians 15:1-8), His ascension to the right hand of the Father (Acts 1:9-11), and personal, visible return to Earth in power and glory (Hebrews 9:27-28).
  
•  We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men and women, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary. (Romans 8:11; Titus 3:3-7)
• We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life. (John 14:15-26; John 16:5-16; Ephesians 1: 13-14) 
• We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost.  They that are saved unto the resurrection of life in Heaven and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation in Hell. (Matthew 25:31-46; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
• We believe that baptism in water by immersion is a commandment and ordinance of the Lord for believers only.  Baptism is a symbol of the believer's identification with Christ, His death, burial, and resurrection. (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Colossians 2:12; Acts 8:36-38)
• We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. (Philippians 2: 1-4; Hebrews 10:25)
